RELIGIOUS LITERACY

Studying religion is not the same with “belonging to a religion.”  The latter is more of submitting oneself to a set of convictions, the former is an acknowledgment that “religion is a social fact” and that one has to know it just as knowing politics and history is important.

Knowledge about religions or religious literacy makes one understanding of people and their faith, it also allows one to get to know others better in their most profound convictions!

So get to know the religions of the world and understand others and the way they live!
